Follow these simple guidelines to ensure a respectful, safe, and enriching experience for everyone in the Teach With Heart community.
• Volunteer your time to teach students who need academic support but cannot afford it.
• Take online sessions . based on your convenience and availability.
• Teach subjects like Science, Languages, Mathematics, Computer Science, or others based on your expertise. Offer career guidance and counselling to help students make informed decisions about their future.
• Motivate and inspire students to build confidence and a love for learning. Support students from diverse backgrounds with kindness, patience, and understanding.
• Be part of a community that believes in education as a form of charity and service.
• This is a volunteer-based service. Please do not accept any gifts, money, or materials from students or their families.
• Be punctual and attend sessions at the time agreed upon during the discussion with the admin team. If you need to reschedule, please inform the admin in advance.
• Try to ensure the student shows some improvement in the subject after attending your sessions.
• If the student misbehaves during the session, you are allowed to leave or disconnect immediately.
• Recording sessions or taking photos/videos of the student is strictly not allowed.
• Do not collect personal information such as phone numbers, email IDs, or social media accounts from the student. Also, do not contact the student for private tutoring in the future.
• The Teach with Heart team is not responsible for any kind of misbehavior, inappropriate language, or other issues that may occur during the session.
• These guidelines are for the safety and well-being of both teachers and students. Always remember — teach with your heart.
• Register the form and update the required subject/topic.
• Attend sessions on time as scheduled with the teacher and admin team.
• Be respectful and polite during the session.
• Do not offer any gifts, money, or materials to the teacher.
• Focus and participate actively in the learning process.
• Attend the session with required studymaterials.
• Do not record the session or take photos/videos of the teacher.
• Do not ask the teacher for personal contact details like phone number, email, or social media.
• Do not request for private tutoring.
• Avoid any kind of misbehaviour or inappropriate language during the session.
• If you face any issues, leave the session and contact the admin team immediately instead of handling it directly.
• Use this opportunity wisely and try your best to learn and grow.
• Remember – this is a free educational service given with love and care. Make the most of it by learning with sincerity.
• Match students with suitable volunteer teachers based on their needs and availability.
• Schedule sessions between teachers and students, ensuring both parties agree on the timing.
• Ensure clear communication between teachers, students, and the admin team throughout the process.
• Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the sessions and intervene when necessary.
• Ensure that personal information of students and teachers remains confidential. Support teachers and students throughout the process, providing assistance if any changes or issues occur.
• Maintain a safe learning environment for both students and teachers and ensure that all rules are followed.
• Provide feedback to both students and teachers to ensure the best learning experience.
Please note that teachers may not be available during exam seasons, so students are encouraged to plan and request sessions in advance.
As this is a volunteer-based service program, registering does not guarantee that a class will be arranged immediately. Sessions will be scheduled based on teacher availability.
